Account Manager (North East)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £30,000+ per annum, depending on experience.
Location: Office based at CBX, Cobalt Business Park, Wallsend, NE28 9NZ. Option to WFH up to 2 days per week.
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:30 to 16:30. Friday: 09:00 to 16:00.

Enviroduct Cleaning specialises in professional kitchen extract and ductwork cleaning services. The company supports commercial kitchens in maintaining safe, compliant and efficient ventilation systems in accordance with relevant industry standards and best practice guidance.

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Account Manager to join our office-based team in the North East. This role focuses on acquiring new clients through a mix of outbound sales channels (phone, email, LinkedIn etc), developing and maintaining long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging businesses with commercial kitchens, promoting Enviroduct’s services and securing contracts to ensure clients remain compliant with applicable fire safety and hygiene standards.

We’re also delighted to offer the successful, fully qualified candidate a £5,000 joining bonus through our Summer scheme, paid in instalments and available until 30 September 2026. Key Responsibilities

  • Getting involved in the full sales cycle, from proactively generating new business through outbound activity to preparing and sending quotes to clients / prospects and chasing them through to close.
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Using own initiative to identify and target organisations operating commercial kitchens across relevant sectors, such as hospitality, healthcare and education.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Present Enviroduct’s services clearly and professionally, articulating compliance and risk management benefits.
  • Work to agreed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, leads and opportunities within the CRM system.
  • Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay informed on relevant industry standards and best practice relating to kitchen extract and ductwork cleaning.
  • Attending industry events to network with new prospects.

Person Specification – Essential

  • Proven experience in a telesales, business development or account management role.
  • Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.
  • Target driven with a proactive and resilient approach.
  • Commercially aware with strong negotiation skills.
  • Organised and capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • IT literate with experience using CRM systems.

Person Specification – Desirable

  • Experience within the restaurant / hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Experience in facilities management, compliance services, fire safety or ventilation cleaning sectors.
  • Understanding of commercial kitchen environments and associated compliance requirements.

Deep Clean Technician – Kitchen Deep Cleans (North East)

Job Type: Full-time, usually Sunday to Thursday, Temporary, with the scope to become permanent after 4 months.
Salary: £28,000 + £1,200 annual retainer bonus (paid 6 Monthly (£600)).
Location: Looking for Deep Clean Technicians in the North East of England. National travel and working away is compulsory. Full UK driving license required.
Hours: Requires Flexibility to work both days and nights.

Company & Role Overview

Enviroduct Cleaning is a specialist commercial kitchen, ductwork and ventilation hygiene cleaning company and we are urgently looking for a Deep Clean Technician in the North East of England to work across a wide range of commercial sites.

This role requires flexibility to work both days and nights, depending on the needs of the business. Working patterns vary based on client access, site requirements and job type. TR19 experience is a strong advantage but not essential.

From time to time, the role may also require flexibility to undertake a hybrid position involving kitchen extract cleaning and TR19 air. Full training will be provided.

Role Overview

You will carry out a mix of:

  • Thorough deep cleaning of commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, walls, floors, canopies & surfaces
  • Working to strict hygiene and food safety standards
  • Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to compliance standards
  • Representing the company professionally when interacting with clients
  • Ensuring company equipment and vehicles are maintained correctly
  • Support with TR19 Air & Fire Damper Testing will be required if permanent contract is offered (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

  • Commercial kitchen deep cleaning experience (highly advantageous)
  • Experience in TR19 Grease cleaning (preferred, but training can be provided for the right candidate)
  • Flexibility to work both days and nights, including Sundays (Normal Week: Sunday-Thursday)
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • A strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and physically demanding environments
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
